Skateboarding and graffiti are unique in the sense they both share the city to thrive, almost like very close cousins.Sometimes the two come together.

Making this skate deck challenged my creative process and became an experiment. I was inspired to use actual action of raw graffiti painted on the street combined with my photography to then evolve this into a unique skate deck series.

This artwork was a way for me to share my perspective of growing up in the city riding the bus while looking through the etched windows at graffiti as the walls passed me by.
